๏ปฟWe are all about creating a warm and welcoming space filled with great vibes and loads of energy. You can expect lots of fun while getting an awesome workout, and remember, thereโ€™s absolutely no judgment here! 

No membership is required for our classes; you can pay as you go, and we do not lock anyone into specific time periods.
To get started, simply register/sign up, and then book your sessions whenever it suits you. 
Once you have registered/signed up, you will have access to our free app, which includes the current class schedule, featuring more than just ZUMBA classes, and allows you to book into classes, purchase packs and much more.

GROUP TRAINING, PERSONAL TRAINING & COACHING

 OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING

Sessions from $15 per session
These are 50-min sessions which are run outdoors.
They are strength and conditioning focused using a variety of equipment such as; kettlebells, dumbbells, slam/dead balls, sandbags, weight plates, battle ropes and more. Options for all levels of fitness.
Sessions are listed on our class schedule and we are always looking to add more of these sessions.
So if you don't see a day & time that suits you, drop us a message and we will see what can be done.

 SMALL/SEMI-Private GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Sessions from $20 per session
These session are smaller with a maximum of 6-8 participants and also run for 50-min duration.

They are also based on strength and conditioning including big compound movements.
Options for all levels of fitness.



Face to Face PERSONAL TRAINING Sessions

Sessions from $50 per session
These sessions are private one on one meaning just you and the coach.
They are tailored to your Personal needs.
30min - 45min - 60min Sessions Available

ONLINE TRAINING & COACHING

Coaching from $50 per week

๏ปฟOnline coaching is still one on one coaching and tailored to the individuals need but it is all via online with NO face to face sessions.
